Tired of working on commission only? Our client is looking to appoint in-house letting or rental agents for their primarily residential portfolio.

In this role you would be responsible for marketing your vacancies on PropData, phoning prospective tenants, arranging site viewings with tenants and building managers, collecting leasing and fica documents, and collecting deposits and first months rentals.

This is a office-based position, and would require a high level of communication and coordination skills, and would see you earning a basic plus commission starting fromR8, monthly.
