NSC Global is currently looking for a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (South Africa) to join our growing company.

  • Administrative support of applicants and employees as well as managers in all personnel-related matters from entry to exit
  • Takeover of all administrative activities such as preparation of employment contracts, certificates, additional agreements and attestations, personnel file management and maintenance of personnel data
  • Coordination and assurance of the timely and correct data transfer for the preparation of the payroll, contact person for Payroll and the external tax office
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel statistics, key figures, personnel master data etc.
  • Continuous process optimization, including review and updating of the HR manual, forms, instructions, etc.
  • Support of the recruiting department in the creation of job descriptions and evaluations,
  • Taking over the general correspondence (certification, contact with offices and authorities), mail processing
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures (e.g. disciplinary measures, dismissal) as well as support in active cooperation with the works council on various HR issues
  • Taking care of all administrative matters due to the workers council
  • Supporting German Employees in all HR areas
  • The Skillset :

  • A degree as a personnel specialist or a bachelor / master in Psychology, HR or related areas, first professional experience in the personnel processing of an internationally operating company - ideally in a service industry.
  • English Language as well as a European language will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of all relevant labor, tax and insurance / pension laws and regulations in South Africa and Internationally
  • The Mindset :

  • Strong team player who tackles challenges with commitment and convinces with an independent, organized, structured and networked way of thinking.
  • IT-affine and comfortable with the MS Office package (Excel, Power-Point, Outlook) and have preferably already worked with personnel management programs.
  • You have several years of professional experience in human resources
  • Your working method is characterized by independence, conscientiousness, diligence and excellent organization
