Logistics and Warehouse Administrator Main Duties : To be responsible for the development, maintenance and upkeep of all despatched goods / stock.

To maintain a flow of work to the despatch team and department. To have proficient skills and a knowledge of despatch systems.

To ensure that a good telephone manner is prevailed at all times. Key Points : - Continually monitor, control and where possible, improve the Despatch / Stock performance and operations.

  • Identify and evaluate departmental problems and initiate, recommend and provide effective solutions.- Improve the Despatch / Stock Department-
  • Be one of the main contact for all internal matters relating to despatch / stock control, reporting any possible problems immediately to the Logistics Supervisor so that the necessary action can be implemented.

  • Ensure the product quality is in no way affected by either processing the material into stock or despatching the material.
  • Be responsible for all despatched goods including quantity, quality, colour, material selection and associated operations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Logistics Manager, appraising him of any performance related issues, departmental performance concerns or any information you feel requires attention or immediate action.
  • Candidate will need strong administration skillsExperience of administration with a warehouse / logistics / dispatch environment would be advantageous.

    4 years working experience in related field
