    Respond rapidly and consistently to telephone calls and emails for technical problems.Track and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution while keeping the client updated at all times.

    Understand and interpret customer questions and needs.Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.

    Documents user's problems through the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolincluding opening, updating, documenting, and closing Support Tickets.

    Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, and / or processes to evaluate quality ofperformance. Correct or notify the appropriate personnel of any operational errors.

    Monitor and report on relevant activities and provide management information as required.Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills for telemetry products / solutions.

    Assist in developing training materials and procedures, and / or training users in the proper use ofHardware and Software products.

    Monitor performance and assist in maintaining application servers locally and internationally.Grade 12 minimumTertiary Qualification (IT / Computing Advantageous)PLUS minimum 18 months of IT software support experience with experience in the Vehicle Tracking / Fleet Management environment is advantageous.

    Understanding of Telematics technologies is beneficial.Thorough experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

    Command of the English language (verbal and written).Ability to exercise good judgment to solve problems where the answer is not apparent.

    Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to interact well with internal staff.

    Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Must be highly motivated and able to take initiative with little direction.

    Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.Salary range between R20 000 and R15 000 gross total cost to company per month.
