BUSINESS SALES CONSULTANT: FRAIL CARE
Build and develop relationships with Frail Care, Private Hospitals, Day Clinics, Psychiatric Hospitals, Medical Centres and any other potential Medical Facilities• Identify customers, set up appointments and visit their offices as and when required• Communicate all client queries and/or incidents to the Branch Manager• Ensure that client’s credit control is monitored• Generate sales opportunities by identifying opportunities at existing and new customers• Follow up on all visits / quotes to clients• Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Branch Manager on activities that have transpired in the field• Obtain competitor information• Build and maintain relationships with our clients and staff• Manage new business brought into the Company• Ensure that clients remain active with the Company• Advise on the contracted medical staff pay rates and charge rates • Ensure that contracted medical professionals’ sales and client policies and procedures are adhered to support the monitoring of staff performance by ongoing assessments and evaluations• Weekly and monthly reporting on sales and targets• Source new business opportunities for contracted medical professionals• Review and implement the sales strategy plans• Generate new sales opportunities by identifying opportunities appropriate to clients• Monitor, follow up and action tender requests
