HR Manager needed for a manufacturing company in Gauteng!To formulate, implement and maintain Human Resource Strategy, drive key HR initiatives such as : performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, skills development, employee relations, organisational effectiveness and employee communication.
Ideally you will have a MBA or Hons Degree related to Human Resources.
A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar environment is essential.
