  • Matric
  • Computer Literacy MS Office : Work, Excel, Outlook
  • English and Afrikaans
  • Minimum 5 year working experience
  • Within a Call Centre environment
  • Administrative or structured environment with customer interaction Communication and Business Skills :
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Quality orientated
  • Display a sense of urgency
  • Diplomatic & patient
  • Display initiative, maturity and a high degree of professionalism Interpersonal Skills :
  • Team player

  • Ability to use standard office equipment Main Activities :
  • To answer all incoming calls within SLA’s
  • To capture all calls on relevant systems according to policies and procedures
  • Manage all cases professionally and efficiently within the correct time frames
  • To assist with all client queries and requests
