SENIOR MANAGER : DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENTPRETORIASALARY MARKET RELATED Seeks to appoint a highly skilled, experienced and dynamic person Key Performance Areas :

  • Develop a Digital Business Strategy and Roadmap for the organisation with a view of identifyingDigital Opportunities that will help pivot the business for new revenue streams;
  • Help the business digitize their business with a view of embracing 4IR opportunities for the business;
  • Develop the information and knowledge management strategy;
  • Leads the implementation of the digital business strategy and roadmap, and ensures its integrationwith the enterprise strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans;
  • Provides a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives andtransformation projects;
  • Leads the process to identify and evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and strengthsAssesses external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to making the best decisions onbusiness strategy, given digital realities;
  • Ensures that the enterprise is developing the digital assets and capabilities that will be needed tosurvive and thrive in the midterm and long term;
  • Acts as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create andsustain enterprise digital capabilities;
  • Defines and reports on digital business KPIs and metrics that represent progress against digital goals. Requirement :
  • An appropriate degree or equivalent in Information Communication Technology. A Post GraduateDegree in Information Communication and Technology / Business Management is preferable;
  • MSc orhigher will be an added advantage;
  • 10 years’ working experience in the technology environment;
  • 3 years’ management experience;
  • 3 years’ experience driving digital transformation / business;
  • Experience in knowledge and record management;
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution;
  • Considerable knowledge of business theory, business process management, budgeting, and businessoffice operations;
  • Public speaking i.e. presentations, etc;
  • Professional membership will an advantage
