JNR Campaign Manager - Gardens, Cape Town- R20, 000- R25, 000 per month + annual bonus


Multi-brand business, covering both finance and recruitment in the UK, with offices in London and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India, and Cape Town in South Africa, seeks a Campaign Manager.

We are looking for someone who is really revenue-focused, but detail and data-driven the focus is on running and managing email marketing campaigns and the automation of leads into the sales team from there.

Our marketing department acts as an in-house agency, working across all our brands. The role we are looking for is someone who wants to focus on and be an expert and the go-to on email campaigns, pipeline automation, and growth marketing via digital channels.

This role is perfect for someone with experience of working on email campaigns, enjoys generating leads for sales teams to close, who wants to be somewhere where they can contribute heavily to the success of the business, and is excited to be somewhere where they are encouraged to move fast.

Skills and experience required :

We are a young, diverse, dynamic and global team and looking for people with a great attitude above anything else.

  • At least 2 years of experience of email campaign experience, including quality data management processes
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and marketing, ideally with some recent b2b UK-centric experience
  • A bonus will be any additional experience in the UK recruitment or SME finance sector
  • Experience of (and enjoys!) working with data and CRM systems.
  • Detail and data-oriented, including the ability to get into the detail of managing automated lead-flow and CRM systems
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and act upon campaign performance
  • Happy to and enjoys clearly managing sales team expectations and comfortable in communicating effectively and clearly with sales-type personalities.
  • Excels in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborative and high-performance approach to teamwork
  • Comfortable taking fast decisions, both data and gut-driven
  • Excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business
  • Must have experience of Zapier, having experience of DotDigital is a bonus and they must understand the value of a quality CRM system
  • Driven by lead and revenue generation
