Requirements :

Bachelor''s qualification with credits in Accounting, Auditing , Finance , General Commerce,

Project Management or LLB . In any event 3 years of involvement in jobs of expanding duty

inside Corporate Governance, Inner Control Systems, Internal Audit, Risk .

Demonstrated managerial initiative .

Capacity to devise and execute activity intends to help vital goals. Capacity to chip away at

claim activity, organize work, handle pressue and take everyday choices on the running of the

projects.

Capacity to create, screen and keep up the board data frameworks and methodology, convey

viably face to face, recorded as a hard copy and via phone with people and with a wide

assortment of associations and crowds and to examine, dissect and decipher complex data and

produce clear verbal and composed reports.

Comprehension of uniformities and assorted variety best practice and administrative

necessities in connection to support conveyance and business advancement.

Candidate Duties / Responsibilities :

We are seeking a suitably qualified Corporate Office Administrator to provide High-level support to the Legal and Compliance Manager.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain a corporate office function for the group including, good corporate governance principles.

Key Performance Areas :

  • Record keeping : including statutory registers, minutes, agendas and resolutions
  • Statutory submissions : including annual returns, company changes, share transfers
  • Assist in managing the corporate calendar, including arranging shareholder, board and subcommittee meetings
  • Distribution of documents : including meeting notices, agendas, board packs, minutes, Board decisions
  • Co-ordinating with regulators and offshore service providers in various jurisdictions
  • Corporate governance reviews and compliance with governance requirements
  • Administrative support to the department such as drafting documents, filing, updating records, record-keeping, updating legal and compliance registers, assist with monthly follow-ups and stationery orders
