Employee Benefit Specialist
Excellent career opportunity for an Employee Benefit Specialist with a leading financial institution. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for growing and managing the employee benefits offering to Corporate clients.
Including medical aids , provident funds, and risk benefits.
Identify potential EB business clients through networking (internal and external), and own marketing initiatives
Grow amount of medical aid and gap cover policies as per targets.
Client servicing and administration of all Medical Aid and Gap Cover clients.
Provide intermediary service, advice and administration of risk cover (life policies, dread disease, and income protection, etc) to all existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications and experience :
BCom or similar tertiary qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee benefits (provident funds, specifically Momentum
Funds at Work)
1-3 years’ experience of medical aid (with specific focus on Discovery and Momentum products)
1 year of experience of risk products, including life insurance, disability and dread disease
RE5 Certification and CFP advantageous
