Together with our client, an Electronic Manufacturer, we are recruiting for an Electronics Store Manager with 5 years store management and 3 years manufacturing or technical environment experience.
Main Purpose for the position
To ensure all components received are timeously sent to Production and to ensure all stockholdings are accurately reflected in the financial system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing of Goods Receiving, Kitting and Dispatch operations.
Ensure a high and adequate level of service to various departments.
Ensuring adequate control is kept of all inventory items.
To advise on the change of procedures or implementation of new procedures, and the implementation thereof.
Ensure that the staff is adequately trained and informed of all procedures.
To keep the stock holding to minimum levels by efficient use of the material available.
Continuous feedback to Projects department regarding their projects, due dates and any problems encountered.
Maintain discipline with regards to timekeeping, work ethics and standards.
Education and Qualification Requirements
Valid drivers licence
Tertiary management qualification
5+ years in managing stores experience
3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Salary : R 350 000.00 to R 450 000.00 per annum total Cost to Company.
