This is a 1-year Fix Term Contract role with the possibility however to make it a permanent position
In this role, you have the opportunity to provide enabling processes to continuously support management of project or program work throughout the organization.
You will use the governance, processes, practices, and tools established by the organization and provide administrative support for delivery of the project or program work within its domain.
You will guide and monitor the activities of projects or multiple related projects or program. You will develop project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
You are responsible for
Appling project management methodology, best practices and standards,
Monitoring the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk,
Providing a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects ,
Providing project / program management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions,
Coordinating communication across projects
Monitoring compliance to project management standards, policies, procedures and templates
Monitoring, reporting and communicating against the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk of a single project or work stream.
General project administration and support such as tool administration, project communication and basic reporting
Preparing action plans for the current month and has a clear sense of what will be achieved in the months to come.
Taking a business approach to planning, coordinating and scheduling.
You are a part of the Business Transformation team in META market, you will be working with all the Philips business lines within META.
You will report to the Head of Business Transformation META
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Minimum Project Management Certification : Foundation or Practitioner
Very strong organizational skills
Strong Team player with very good communication skills
3 to 5 years’ experience within a matrix organization
Project management methods, relevant organization, disciplines and E2E process
Knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated experience of adequate soft skills
Very good level of spoken and written English
