Our client in the Public Sector has an EE opportunity available for an Information Management Specialist. This will be fixed term contract position for 6 months based in the Centurion area.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Information and Library Science 5 years Records, Information Management & Archiving 7 years experience at management level KPAs : Plan and organise the Records Management Function Design, establish and maintain a five year records and information management strategy aligned to the Corporate vision Managing the changeover from paper to electronic records management systems Allocate the correct resources to the work and resolving problems which have been escalated Establish and maintain co-operation with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of records management within the organisation Draw up the yearly audit / inspection plan & timelines Archiving, Auditing, Disposal of records
