Minimum Requirements : Degree in Human Resource Management or Finance or related field 5 - 7 Years’ experience Strong knowledge of compensation surveys and statistical analysis, base pay, incentive plan design and analysis, sales compensation, job evaluation methodologies and pay structure analysis, design and reporting Solid knowledge of the Comp & Ben environment and dynamics Extensive knowledge of compensation, HRIS, and metrics & planning Extensive experience as a compensation professional at a fast-paced environment Expert qualitative and analytical skills and a strong business mindset with an aptitude to translate data into meaningful human resource initiatives Strong excel and Systems experience Competencies Attention to detail Problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills Customer focused Excellent communication skills Project Management Time management skills Be collaborative and results driven Comprehensive knowledge of rewards and benefit systems Have a strong financial and commercial acumen Understand and interpret complex data Job Responsibilities : Provide Subject matter expertise, support and advice on compensation & benefits Research, design and implement Remuneration and Benefits strategy Design and implement compensation packages and performance reward programmes Analysis and recommendation of salary scales Design models for job evaluation, staff retention and salary increases Research, participate and report on benchmarking exercises, remuneration and benefits practices, job evaluation and annual salary reviews Coordinate and spearhead the remuneration committee meetings Custodian of employee compensation, compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation, annual performance reviews, and employee benefits Conduct analysis and research on competitive market practices to identify trends, produce gap analysis and recommend action Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the filed Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.

g. using surveys and quantitative data) Draft and analyze job descriptions, evaluations and classifications Implement best practices job titling, career ladders and make recommendations Manage and execute the company’s rewards, incentive and employee wellness programs including but not limited to salary and position benchmarking and variable pay / incentives Evaluate and implement the company’s reward and benefit program Design and implement the Employee Value Proposition for company.

Management and reconciling of budgets Run, analyze and discuss various reports and statistics with line management Provide on the ground support for the Global Mobility which will include overseeing the implementation of the Secondment agreement Liaison with the immigration providers to ensure compliance Control and record all expat movement and administration
