OPERATIONS ADMIN CLERK An established security service company is looking for a experienced individual to join the team.
The purpose of the Operations Administrator is to ensure the smooth functioning of all admin duties within the assigned office.
The key aspects of this position are to ensure that the appropriate calls are logged timeously, and that stock is correctly issued to technicians.
The administration of the position involves making bookings, arranging meeting, filing of paperwork, taking calls and general office duties.
Closing Calls • Authorizing calls • Signing off paperwork • Issuing stock • Counting stock Communicate with Head Office and Branch Staff General Office Duties.
Maintain a neat and tidy working environment Req : Computer literate. English and Afrikaans. Previous switchboard experience.
