Operations management

Manage all operational requirements for the supply side of the Platform.

Define, document and manage Marketplace governance and rules of engagement

Marketplace product and service bundle management including product mix, bundle mix, service mix and subscription mix

Manage all pricing and margins with the mix of products and services

Revenue, margin and volume business modelling and forecasting

Key involvement in Orchestration Exco Using platform data to create matches between producers and consumers

Constantly work on marketplace design and CX improvements together with Manco

Partner management

Identify, negotiate with, onboard and manage 3rd party and internal partnerships who are onboarded into the Platform

Define and control the quality of products and services loaded by partners onto the marketplace

Work closely with partner, CX and UX / UI teams to ensure products and services are displayed in a world class manner

Negotiate marketplace commissions from partners on behalf of the platform

Manage relationships between platform and payment service providers

Measures of success

Achievement of financial objectives

Successful delivery and implementation of the client journey

Increased user and customer take up

Customer satisfaction ratings

Adherence to risk and compliance requirements

Must have a degree in Business Commerce / Finance and Accounting
