  • Want to be a part of our team?The Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to support dynamic business growth;
  • within a corporate technology environment. This role performs all elements of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organizations talent requirements.

    This position can be remote / work from home.Working at NTTMajor Duties & ResponsibilitiesProactively sources and identifies qualified candidates, interviews, negotiates with and closes selected candidates for job openings, ensuring compliance with company policy, recruiting processes and regulatory requirementsUses and leverages automated tracking system, identifies candidates from numerous sources, initiates ads, screens and qualifies candidates and performs reference checksLeverages the NTT Employee Value Proposition, High Performance Culture (HPC) and corporate benefits materials to improve the NTT brand from a recruiting point of viewBuilds strong relationships with all levels of management to understand business and talent needsCreates a hiring plan and initiates various cost-effective sourcing strategies based on the position being filled.

  • The sourcing strategies will include, but may not be limited to : Internet mining, social media networking, identifying quality employee referrals, job boards, internal databases, and attending user groupsContinually builds a pipeline of candidates and develop a network of talent suitable for potential employment with NTT for certain strategic talent needs, including by attending trade and industry eventsWorks closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on ideas for process development and enhancement as well as creative strategies to fill critical rolesMaintains a master database of competencies, competency models by role, and behavioral interviewing questions mapped to those rolesEducates hiring managers and facilitates behavioral-based interviewing;
  • manages the entire interview processMentors other recruiters on the team by sharing creative recruiting techniques and fostering innovationMonitors and maintains internal and external posting activitiesEnsures compliance with Company policies and guidelines, recruiting process and regulatory requirementsEducation / Qualifications RequiredA bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

    BA / BS degree in business management, HR or related field preferredWork Experience Required5-8 years recruiting experience required.

  • Professional Services and / or Technical environment strongly preferredExperience recruiting on sales and technical positions;
  • preferably with a Wholesale IP providerKnowledge of, and proven experience with, full life-cycle recruiting requiredDemonstrated experience in effectively using social media networking, applicant tracking systems, major internet job boards and third-party agenciesMinimum 2-3 years experience in a staffing agency setting preferredSkills and Core CompetenciesProcess management, organization and client relationship skills are necessaryFacilitation and problem-solving skills are a mustUnderstanding of applicable federal and state employment laws is mandatoryExperience with common ATS platforms (WorkDay, People Fluent, Success Factors, etc)Advanced experience with MS Office applicationsOrganizational RelationshipsMust be able to establish professional relationships and build rapport quickly with hiring managersFoster positive teamwork and collaborate with management on recruiting initiativesWhat will make you a good fit for the role?
