Description FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR This role will report directly to the Accountant and purpose of the role is to prepare Financial reports and schedules for the review of the Accountant and Finance Manager Requirements : Matric / Grade 12 Post Matric qualification is advantageous in Accounting / Finance Highly proficient in Pastel & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Attention to detail and ability to use own initiative Strong problem-solving skills Valid Driver’s license Well Organized Good Social skills and able to work in open office environment Duties : Preparation of revised templates for reporting Preparation of adhoc finance reports Prepare monthly store sales incentive bonus calculation Submission of monthly store sales incentive to payroll timeously Analysis of SAW report Preparation of Monthly lay-bye sales summary Preparation of negative net realizable Value Report Submission of adhoc Insurance Claims and annual review of the Company insurance portfolio Maintaining insurance schedule of all claims submitted and paid Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts Preparation of the leave pay journal and staff blueprint as and when required Accruals workings report / Accrued expenses Preparation of credit card applications Review of all sundry creditor’s recons Review rental reconciliations as and when required Assisting in reconciling of daily cash deposits as and when required Undertakings : Criminal / Credit Check Qualification verification Computer and Psychometric assessments First Aid training if required Interested candidates can send their CV
