Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, South Africa, the Marketing and Communication Manager, is responsible for planning and implementing properties marketing strategies, which includes brand awareness initiatives, F&B marketing, destination marketing, loyalty (World of Hyatt) marketing, social media content marketing, communications and public relations efforts.
The Marketing and Communications role is responsible for building positive brand awareness for operating and future Hyatt properties in Johannesburg, both domestically and in key feeder markets, by optimizing marketing channels.
The candidate must have an understanding of the properties customer segmentation and be a creative self-starter who can proactively initiate marketing plans, with a sharp eye for design and flair in creative writing.
