Appropriate Degree / Post graduate qualification advantageous

  • Brand and corporate identity development, implementation and management
  • Analyze competition brand and impacts and adopt what is required to elevate brand image and brand awareness.
  • Select appropriate channels for creating brand awareness, e.g. websites, social media, general media, etc.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate brand awareness and continuously enhance brand market penetration effectiveness
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Researching potential target industries, customers and selling opportunities
  • Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each
  • Develop cost-effective, competitive marketing plans aligned with Company, Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is compelling and competitive.
  • Decide optimal marketing mix and channels aligned with industry, company, Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Making sure the company is Search Engine Optimised to maximise inbound sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications against budget.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Working closely with other heads of departments on company projects.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services.
  • Provide expert advice on appropriate marketing strategies and tactical activity as required
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expense.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal frameworks e.g. marketing, information management, and others; company policies and procedures and underwritten Codes of Practice.
  • Advise management pro-actively on critical trends, as well as pending legislative changes in relevant fields.
  • Maintain the integrity of systems for relevant market information management.
  • Need to have marketing and marketing plans as an essential skill or be able to demonstrate the understanding of the skill.
