The Marker’s Circle is looking for psychologists who have additional capacity and a love of entrepreneurship to assist with the qualitative analysis and reporting of entrepreneurial assessments.
The Marker’s Circle pays competitive rates, and you can manage the number of assessments you wish to mark within a week or month.
The work is extremely interesting and will give you the chance to make a real difference in society since the entrepreneurial assessments are part of the decision-making process in approving candidates for a premium entrepreneurial development programme.
The Marker’s Circle currently assesses entrepreneurs from South Africa, Angola, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. It will soon assess candidates from Senegal and Mozambique, hence the need for Portuguese- and French-speaking psychologists.
Entrepreneurial candidates hail from three different contexts, namely, urban, peri-urban and rural, and the Marker’s Circle assesses a broad range of businesses from startups to scale-ups.
All Marker’s Circle psychologists are trained on how to mark the assessments while also relying on their professional training as psychologists.
Because all assessments are submitted and marked online, there is no need to travel. Aside from the training, the only other commitment the Marker’s Circle requires is attending an annual Marker’s Circle event in Sandton where you will be exposed to entrepreneurs, the programme selection team, the entrepreneurial mentors and new developments in the assessment marking process.
Candidates must be based in and around Johannesburg.
