  • Location : Port Elizabeth Salary : R40 000 to R60 000 per month CTC Qualifications / Requirements : B.Comm / suitable Degree Minimum of 3 years management experience within the Financial Services Industry Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required, for this dynamic concern Good work ethics and integrity, are key Strong leadership skills Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Knowledge : Financial services industry Administration and management Human resources processes and performance management Client service and marketing Legal and compliance requirements Basic financial and accounting processes and practices Key Performance Areas : Human resources : Determine and establish an appropriate operational human resources structure, including job descriptions, reflecting responsibilities and accountabilities of individuals, to achieve the set goals Establish and maintain appropriate staff resources to ensure that the various job functions are delivered on time, on budget and to the agreed quality and professional standard Implement and maintain effective recruitment, training, skills development, succession planning and retention strategies and processes Manage staff and associated human resources matters, including supervision, discipline, performance evaluations, corrective action, inter-relationship management, resignations, dismissals, leave management and employee records Operations : Develop, implement, manage and maintain the required operational systems, processes and policies in support of the company'

  • s strategic objectives, and facilitate management information flow and reporting, business process and organizational planning Implement, maintain and manage an effective system in accordance with company policies and procedures, covering non-financial as well as financial matters Acquire, facilitate, manage and control all facilities, equipment (Including IT), resources, goods and services required Compliance : Communicate applicable legislative requirements to all role players and monitor implementation and compliance thereto Ensure that compliance registers and reporting requirements are met Finance : Determine annual operating and capital budget requirements Manage, approve and monitor all expenditure and ensure spending is in accordance with approved budgets and delegated authorities Client services : Coordinate and manage client services and client portfolio review processes and ensure that professional client service standards are not compromised.

    Ensure data base record keeping in accordance with company policies and procedures Arrange and coordinate client sessions and functions and strategic marketing sessions
