Our client based in the Eastern Suburbs, is recruiting for an energetic Parts Procurement Controller. The successful candidate needs to have a good understanding of truck parts.
Minimum Requirements : Qualification in Workshop and Warehouse Store Management. Computer Literate and proficient in MS Excel.
Relevant understanding about truck parts. Duties and responsibilities : Comparison from different suppliers on prices, specifications, and delivery dates.
Prepare, maintain, and monitor reports on inventory balances and shortages. Stock take on parts quantities to ensure amounts are sufficient for needs, ordering parts when required.
Quality check deliveries to ensure that orders meet requirements and specifications for parts ordered. Liaise with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
