Sage X3 Support (Enhancements, testing, fixes, patches, infrastructure, etc)

Support Desk support for Sage X3 (ticketing, etc)

Training and development

Project management

Requirements (ESSENTIAL)

Grade 12

Tertiary IT related Degree / Diploma (completed)

SAGE X3 Certification (V9 and greater)

3 - 4 Years in a Sage X3 Environment as a Business Analyst

Experience with overr 250 user support

Experience in a retail environment

SQL / Crystal Reporting

Capisol

eCommerce platforms knowledge

Enterprise Integration Technology
