Matric Diploma in Business Admin or Office Administration Advantageous Experience in Minute-Taking / Shorthand Advantageous 2 - 3 Years experience in a Similar position within a professional Environment Fully Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills in English as well as Telephone Etiquette Excellent Organizational, Project Management & Problem Solving Skills Attention to Detail Accuracy Ability to take initiativeBrief Job

Description

The successful incumbent will be required / be responsible for : Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO Minute-taking in all management meetings as well as arranging management conferences Maintain CEOs calendar plan and schedule external / internal meetings, attend internal meetings and taking minutes Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the CEO and management Responsible for answering and screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate Meeting and greeting clients at all levels of seniority Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post Assistance with collating all information pertinent to the B-BBEE certification Assisting, filing & record keeping of all applications for new pharmacies and wholesale licensing Responsible for arranging of all events throughout the year as well as the year-end function Responsible for setting up exhibition stands at healthcare conferences Responsible for online grocery purchases Maintaining of Company Organogram Maintaining regulatory files Typing up of all changes to SOPs Catering for meetings and functions when required Promoting a professional image of the company
