  • Duties

    Regional sales target achievement

  • Planning of sales operations with wherewithal, people, finance, technology, tools, for target achievement
  • Pre-empt, identify and timeously remove and / or find solutions to obstacles that prevents / may prevent sales target achievement that may include regional market and customer trends, buying patterns, competitor offerings, etc.
  • Continuous improvements to guarantee / enhance target achievement
  • Increased product turnover and sales

  • Set targets for new client on-boarding or increased sales of current products
  • Engaged and loyal client portfolio

  • Define the standards, processes and service levels for client care, maintenance and responsiveness.
  • Identify, redirect and recommend, facilitate action for value adding services and products based on client needs.
  • Build relationships with key clients and support representatives in building relations with clients.
  • Enabled sales force

  • Sales force with all the relevant know-how and wherewithal to enable delivery. Motivational climate with a motivated sales force that drives for results and service excellence
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Evaluates Performance against plans and decide on corrective action to enhance the units performance in support of Sales objectives, including continuous improvement of existing people, process, technologies, and systems.
  • Maintain professional standards within the team.
  • Prevented / mitigated sales operations and delivery risks

  • Systems in place for early identification of non-performance.
  • Processes in place to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, deadlines, legal requirements and codes of ethics.
