The Success Manager role exists to create career enhancing experiences for consultants by fostering an engaging
and inspiring culture that represents SAPRO's values and mission. As a part of this, the Success Manager will coach
and develop accounting, audit, and tax consultants to reach their highest level of potential and performance. This
includes reviewing performance metrics and behaviors, identifying strengths and opportunities, and offering
resources to increase effective performance. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a self-driven,
empathetic leader who is comfortable and available to work across multiple international time zones.
Create a vision and plan for executing an exceptional candidate experience.
Provide individualized feedback to consultants to ensure their operational and leadership success.
Host virtual peer and individualized coaching sessions for your assigned consultant group.
Create an open and transparent environment where consultants feel comfortable to share and accept
Create action plans to address opportunities for performance to improve and ensure consultants make
Act as a representative of SAPRO by maintaining positive and professional working relationships with both
consultants and host companies.
Bachelor of Commerce, BA / BS in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
CA(SA) field with prior international secondment experience preferred
Coaching and career development experience preferred
Experience creating exceptional Consultant experiences from initial interactions
Established history of delivering high quality results, personally and through a team
Adept user of Google Suite; Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
