Report directly to the Learning and Development Manager. Successful incumbent will be an

experienced Trainer of more than 5+ years, with a tertiary qualification in Learning and Development

  • Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, thorough understanding of motor trade legislative requirements particularly pertaining to training and development, with the ability to build excellent rapport and strong working relationships, fluent in English - written and spoken;
  • expressly able to implement a coherent blended learning approach to training solutions; be client-focussed; with a high degree of attention to detail;
  • be flexible and adaptable; have the ability to work independently in a market with little supervision and using resources available and be a self-motivator who sustains focus on results and assumes accountability for the effective conclusion of projects / tasks.
