About the Position

Our client, a local Distributor within the FMCG industry urgently seeksan enthusiastic and dynamic candidate to take on the role as their SalesAdministrator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Reception / Frontline

Creditors and debtors

Placing orders with suppliers

PA function to the owner

Preparing quotation and Processing orders

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

Maintaining accurate stock counts and pricing on system

Capture supplier invoices and make timely prices adjustments as and when necessary

Ensure accurate GP calculations are reflected on the system

Monitor supplier invoices for price accuracy and process credit claims for incorrect pricing

Prepare monthly claims for submission to Suppliers

Follow up on overdue payments and ensure system overdues do not exceed 30 days

Circulate updated pricelists and promotions to sales reps and management on a monthly basis

Liaise with manager regarding discount outside of set parameters

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Develop monthly sales reports

Input on stock purchases from suppliers

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Ensure system accuracy in all branches

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Follow-up for collection of payment.

Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Provide on-the-job training to new sales Admin employees.

Salary : Basic of URL Removed plus monthly Incentive of +- R2000 if specific key components of duties are met on a monthly basis (duties will be relayed to candidate)
