Our team provides exceptional service in meeting client needs within a challenging environment. We are currently seeking an individual to join us in the position of Head Salesman & Internal 2IC Salesman to continue leading our dynamic, driven team.

We focus on exceptional service in meeting client needs within a challenging environment. MAJOR TASK HEADINGS / KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA) The Head Salesman has the total responsibility to effectively manage all the resources allocated to the branch in order to promote the wellbeing of the company.

The successful candidate will be required to : - Follow all instructions as per the branch procedures, - Maximizing and driving sales by exemplary leadership, -

Promote a positive image of the company through high quality customer service, - Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policy, -

Train his staff members on branch procedures, - Improving overall product knowledge within the branch and keeping stock losses to a minimum.

The resources that make part of the branch procedures which has been put together over the life of the company in order to promote best practice will be discussed in detail during the interview.

The Internal Salesman has the total responsibility to effectively ensure that sales are generated through good customer service and due company procedures being followed.

  • The successful candidate will be required to : - Generate sales in to reach strategic growth goals; - Customer Care in accordance with company standards;
  • Follow all instructions as per the branch procedures, - Maximizing and driving sales by exemplary leadership, - Promote a positive image of the company through high-
  • quality customer service, - General Housekeeping of the branch; - Individual Attributes - Product Knowledge and Self Development;
  • Continuous Personal Improvement - Improving overall product knowledge within the branch and keeping stock losses to a minimum Minimum requirements : -
  • Senior certificate (Grade 12).- 2 - 3 Years within a senior sales / management position within a retail company; - Valid driver's license with own vehicle.

    Salary is market related and negotiable depending on current experience levels. Provident Fund 50% company contribution PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO USE THE CORRECT REFERENCE.
