SUNSHINEBAKERY PMB VACANCY POSITION : Senior Maintenance Technician DEPARTMENT : Maintenance The role of the Senior Maintenance Technician is to assist theMaintenance Manager to manage all aspects of the maintenance department, in relationto the plant and facility.

This includes managing the upkeep of allmanufacturing assets and assisting in the design and installation of newsystems.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB : Education· Grade 12· Trade Tested Artisan·Skills· Ability to read, write, understand and · communicate in English.

Good numeracy · Supervisory Skills · Knowledge of Microsoft Office · Mechanical / Electrical knowledge · Administrative Skills·Experience· Minimum 3 year’s hands on experience as a · senior artisan, with some supervisory · experience · Previous experience using an ERP system · Must have previous bakery experience KEY COMPETENCIES OF THE JOBGood numeracy, Attention to detail andaccuracy, Quality Orientation, Managing People, Good communication skills, Abilityto remain calm under pressure, Ability to take initiative, Have integrity and Highenergy levels.
