The Client Specialist has the responsibility of servicing all existing clients. They need to provide excellent service to the clients in order to not only retain the current book but to assist in growing the book.
The Client Specialist is seen as an extension of the Investment Specialist and assists them from an administrative perspective.
To attend to all existing client queries
Prepare and check all deal packs as well as attending and following up on outstanding requirements e.g.FICA.
Conducting client reviews in A FAIS complaint manner during the reviews to look out for additional business that can be obtained from the client.
All paperwork to be filled out before a client meeting
Develop personal relationship with clients
Liaison calls to grow business relationship
To advise clients on any urgent matters
Setting up appointments and assisting clients with will amendments.
Requirements : Matric
A finance or tertiary education will be advantageous
Previous administration experience in an insurance, financial planning or investment environment.
Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
