The Motor Industry Retirement Funds are established in terms of the Pension Funds Act, No 24 of 1956, administers five retirement funds in the retail motor industry as defined by the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) namely Auto Workers?
Motor Industry Beneficiary Fund and the Coparts Fund (approximately 700 members). Our company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Administrators to join our dynamic team.
Overall Purpose of the Job Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that general ledger accounts are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner : .
Assist in the maintenance of the fixed asset register; Perform other related duties as required.Required Skills excelent communication skills : 1 to 2 yearsaccounting clerk experience : 2 to 3 yearsdoing reconciliations : 1 to 2 yearsCandidate Requirements Grade 12 with accounting and mathematics Good attendance and reliability Minimum of 2 years?
experience as financial clerk / officer (recommendation) Communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Everest System will be recommendation.
Experience in doing financial calculations and or reconciliations Customer oriented. Ability to work under pressure. Analytical skills.
