HR Compliance & Payroll Coordinator - Johannesburg GautengSalary : R-K CTC Per AnnumPurpose of Position : Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Human Resource Compliance and Payroll Coordinator whom will play a key role in the Business Support team, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key duties are to provide support and coordination for a variety of HR Compliance processes and programmes. In this HR service delivery role, the professional will be responsible for areas such as Payroll Administration, BBBEE Compliance, Employee Tax compliance (UIF / PAYE / SDL) and other HR related support tasks.

Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - Minimum Requirements : Bachelors Degree in HR or Related field3+ years of Human Resources experience preferredPrevious Payroll Processing and BBBEE knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Sage, SAPDemonstrate effective time management skills, administrative capabilities and effective written and oralcommunication capabilitiesWorking knowledge of common human resources, labour related and payroll practicesAble to start on 1 October , own transport and prepared to work on-site in Sandton (not remote)Skills And Knowledge : Upholds the Company Mission, Vision and ValuesStrong detail orientation with a high degree of accuracy and sense of urgencyAbility to organize and prioritize job tasks in a deadline driven environmentDemonstrate a high degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information with absolute discretionProvide support and perform other duties as assignedProactive mindset with a view towards issue identification and solution drivenAbility to work with numerical dataExceptional listening skillsComfortable in a hands on environmentProven ability to improve processes and system efficienciesDuties : Major Areas of Accountability (not limited to) : PayrollProcess payroll as per data received from P&C Specialist within agreed timeframes for submission toThe Finance Manager / People and Culture SpecialistEnsure monthly earnings, deductions and company contributions are accurate and reconcile to supporting documentsMaintain monthly payroll input data soft copies on access-controlled payroll serverUpload salary payment file to SharePoint for approvalIssue pay-slips to employees monthlyPrepare monthly EMP submissions for review by Finance Manager / People and Culture SpecialistPrepare and submit EMP reportsPrepare IRP5 submissionsPrepare UIF submissions for Finance Manager / People and Culture Specialist approvalEnsure Medical Aid and Provident Fund Providers and any other relevant service provider are updatedwith any staff changes timeouslyPrepare any additional UIF forms required such as UI19 and UI2.

1 FormsMaintain Leave Application SystemHR- ComplianceResponsible for all administrative processes related to the gathering of information required for theannual BBBEE certificate renewalPlan, organise and coordinate requirements for BEE Certificate renewal with appointed service providerto ensure that BEE certificate is renewed before expiration dateEnsure Employment Equity complianceEmployment Equity report submissionsPrepare Skills Development (WSP / ATR) SubmissionsPrepare Workmans Compensation SubmissionsEnsure training registers are completed and filedEnsure procedures relating to Health and Safety are being practiced and adhered to, including Injuries onduty and Workmens compensationSupport the maintenance of employee contracts, personal files and records in hard and soft copySupport the processing of transactions and maintain the companys HR Software to ensure effectivemanagement of employee data, leave managementServe as backup / stand-in for the People and Culture SpecialistEnsure all statutory deadlines are metFind Us on Social Media
