In addition the candidate will have a full understanding of the standard SDLC.Responsibilities : System Support Support and maintain production system(s) Ensure that all support queries are logged and attend to system queries according to agreed timelines Continuously identify and solve technical problems Development Deliver solutions according to the agreed project timelines Adhere to coding standards defined by the technical management team Ensure accurate scoping and allocation of time for development required Manage and mentor junior developers Manage and mentor a team of junior developers and ensure team members have clear and tangible goals which are assessed bi-annually through the KPA performance management processQualifications and Experience : 4 Year Degree with Information Technology being the core subject or equivalent qualification (E.g.
BSc Computer Science or BSc IT) 5 Years experience in C#, ASP.Net and T-SQL 2 3 Years programming tool experience in : SQL Server 2005 or newer 1 2 Years experience in SharePoint 1 2 Years experience in web services Knowledge and understanding of a Full Project Development Life Cycle Competent in Microsoft Office Exposure or working knowledge with Team Foundation Server, SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2010 as well as SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) Package will be advantageous Interested candidates can forward their comprehensive written applications to the following e-mail : it.
