ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATORIn general, the scope of responsibilities ranges from managing schedules, logistics and budgets to secretarial services, pastoral care, public relations, event planning and curriculum support.

Establishing, managing and monitoring the daily routines of the Study Centre.Management of the Study Centre attendance register.
Preparing and managing student, exam and Study Centre activity schedules, timetables, deadlines and calendars.Establishing Google Classroom / Google Calendar / Google Drive as the principal platforms through which BSI organises, communicates, monitors, shares materials and directs the Study Centres common, grade and curriculum specific activities.
Record-keeping of student past and current progress including the recording and analysis of assignment and examination grades.
Preservation of the institutional memory by maintaining accurate records on course and programme administration on the BSI Dropbox.
Communicating with students and parents on routine administrative matters.Preparation and distribution of assignments, grades, reports, materials, notices and announcements to Study Centre stakeholders through direct and social media.
Engagement with students education service providers (Learning.Support, BIDC and Impaq) on routine matters.Carrying out a broad range of general secretarial functions and academic support services including follow-up actions and maintenance of official records.
Booking and supporting tutors, verification of timesheets and managing the tutors budget.Monitoring student safety, security, behaviour and discipline in accordance with BSIs codes and regulations.
Providing guidance and support to students in accordance with BSI policies.Researching and investigation of issues and complaints raised by parents and students.
Booking appointments for students and parents with academic staff or other BSI personnel.Contributing administrative support for events such as student orientation, parent information evenings, company promotions and other externally-focused occasions.
Monitoring the performance of and providing feedback on the Study Centres operations.Supervision and maintenance of the Study Centres physical and IT infrastructure.
Arranging and managing events such as parents evenings, open Days, and awards functions.Order of stationery.Banking & business errands.Administration of enrolments.
