Port Elizabeth - Our client in the leading FMCG Industry has an exciting vacancy for a Local Logistics Coordinator. Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Matric Logistics qualification advantageous Computer literate (proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite) Administrative experience advantageous Syspro experience advantageous Soft Skills : Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Meticulous attention to detail Accuracy and efficiency Excellent organisational skills Energetic and enthusiastic Main Duties / Key Results Areas : Reviewing release requests from sales Sending transport releases Sending Collection releases Booking trucks Transport PO’s Sending daily load out (between the Local Logistics Team) Following up on truck ETA’s Following up on load out dates from sales Filling trucks (part loads) Going through stock sheets to see if stock is available to load
