Our client, a leading professional services firm is seeking a Key Account Manager for their Reward Research team. They are seeking an individual who is passionate about quality, customer focused, self-managed and deadline driven for a highly motivated team.
This role will suit a numerate, analytical individual experienced at intermediate level of general reward management with solid survey methodology, job evaluation, job profiling and some pay structuring background.
Applicants must be comfortable doing presentations to user groups and prospective clients. Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word are required whilst Access experience is a plus factor.
Responsible for client relationship management and upload of client data into the system. Responsibilities include :
Validation of client data.
Assisting and auditing of job matching.
Developing relationships with clients.
Validating of data submitted for trend surveys.
Attendance at user group meetings and recording the minutes thereof.
Testing of new technology and / products.
Housekeeping of electronic client files.
Clean-up of recurring and scheduled reports on the site.
Responsible for accurate completion of month end process.
Required to refer any potential new business to the responsible individuals and may be required to perform demos to potential clients.
May be required to assist with ad hoc consulting and other assignments.
Qualifications and experience :
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
3 years demonstrated experience as a reward specialist with specialist knowledge of survey methodology.
Fully computer literate and proficient in all MS Office packages with advanced knowledge of Excel.
