Our manufacturing client in Paarden Eiland Cape Town is looking for a Financial Manager with a Dual role of Financial and HR to join their team in Paarden Eiland, you need at least 4-5 years relevant Finance and HR experience

Matric and relevant financial accounting certificate diploma degree qualification Advantage
4-5 years full accounting, financial management and HR experience working of Pastel Partner and Pastel Payroll
Must have been responsible for the total management of the finances in a company of similar size.
Manage 2 staff members in the Finance departments.
Must have experience in doing payroll monthly and EMP201, EMP501, VAT, Taxes, and other statutory submission.
Do HR up to where difficult uses gets outsourced to an HR agency.
DO the full Payroll of 100 Staff members 90 permanents ad 10 weeklies.
Do all HR Administration, Recruitment, Job Specs, Contracts, Warnings and HR Compliances
Must be able to able to take books to audit level within business.
Must be able to handle cross divisional transactions.
Must be able to handle the full accounting function
Must have excellent Excel skills.
Must have a massive sense of urgency and very detailed in their work.
Be able to lead team in finance department with excellent management skills and must be able to take charge of this division within the business and lead the team.
Must be able to keep checks and balances in check s
Must take charge of the Finance Department.
Must always meet deadlines and work overtime to meet these deadlines.
Must be able to have excellent communication skills and have experience in dealing with high level negotiations.
Must have excellent knowledge on tax, company taxes, dividend taxes, VAT and know how this is submitted to SARS.
