  • BGSE / IGSCSE and a minimum of Degree Quality control / Lab technician / Quality
  • Five (5) years Quality Assurance / Quality Control in manufacturing / processing industry work experience.

  • Designing preventive maintenance programs
  • Handling the training and development needs of new technician
  • Implementing preventative maintenance programs in individual departments
  • Adhering to safety regulations
  • Enforcing industry requirements

  • Managing maintenance expenditure and budgets
  • Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
  • Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
  • Ensure employees technical training on all equipment as per respective SOPs
  • Maintain all production machines to ensure maximum running efficiency.
  • Prepare Break down history card for all production equipment.
  • Prepare installation report of all new equipment.
  • Supervision and responsibility for the 24 / 7 operations and personnel of the maintenance department.
  • Acts as primary liaison between outside contractors and company, ensuring safe, efficient, cost effective solutions for both efficient operations and quality work within scope of the maintenance department.
  • Responsible for strict adherence to all application rules, regulations and guidelines related to cGMP.
  • Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices, with an emphasis on planning / scheduling and preventive / predictive maintenance.
  • Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments.
  • Keeps related records and charts, and analyzes their implications.
  • Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
  • Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance responsible for working with the Technician to proactively manage the inventory of critical parts, tools and consumable resources essential to the operation of production equipment.
