Division and Department : Sales Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required :

  • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the industry is advantageous
  • Above average literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Above average computer literacy, proficient in MS Office, Excel / Word etc.
  • Ability to deal professionally with customers
  • Customer Service experience is advantageous

  • Self-motivated, high EQ and proactive Brief Description of Key Performance Areas :
  • Manage our E-commerce platform I.E Outlet store and Amrod Academy (Online Training Platform)
  • Handling of all enquiries, complaints, or problems from both internal and external customers on the online platforms (handling these from inception to delivery)
  • Monitor, maintain and improve shopper / Approved ratings through trends and ideas on the Outlet Store.
  • Identify trends and prompt action required to improve usage on Amrod Academy
  • Coordinate, record and report on the student’s journey, ensuring that they are all progressing correctly with their respective supervisors, within the prescribed timelines.
  • Assist the E-learning specialist and in other projects as and when called upon.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Manager and Head of Department.
  • Coordinate, record and report on the training course journey, ensuring that they are all progressing correctly, and deliverables are met.
  • Always protect the integrity of the company.
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
  • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
