Division and Department : Sales Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required :
Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent
Knowledge of the industry is advantageous
Above average literacy and numeracy skills

Manage our E-commerce platform I.E Outlet store and Amrod Academy (Online Training Platform)
Handling of all enquiries, complaints, or problems from both internal and external customers on the online platforms (handling these from inception to delivery)
Monitor, maintain and improve shopper / Approved ratings through trends and ideas on the Outlet Store.
Identify trends and prompt action required to improve usage on Amrod Academy
Coordinate, record and report on the student’s journey, ensuring that they are all progressing correctly with their respective supervisors, within the prescribed timelines.
Assist the E-learning specialist and in other projects as and when called upon.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Manager and Head of Department.
Coordinate, record and report on the training course journey, ensuring that they are all progressing correctly, and deliverables are met.
Always protect the integrity of the company.
Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
