Overall Job Purpose :

  • Take responsibility for the HR administration, including the recruitment, selection and appointment processes.
  • Take responsibility for HR related matters and findings to management.
  • Co-ordinate all HR activities, including training, meetings, etc.
  • Ensure the accurate processing and reporting of payroll related information to management.
  • Develop Policy and Procedures.
  • Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required

  • HR Diploma or related Degree. HR Degree or Degree in Psychology preferred.
  • Must have prior experience in handling HR administration.
  • Must have experience in dealing with recruitment and appointments.
  • Understanding of the BCEA and LRA.
  • Prior experience in dealing with IR (disciplinary, etc.) matters a must.
  • Labour Net knowledge.
  • Essential Skills :

  • Must be organised and demonstrate good administration practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Oral communication participate effectively in meetings, provide effective communication with all levels.
  • Written communication must be effective.
  • External relationships with shareholders
