Our online betting client based in Cape Town CBD is seeking to employ suitably qualified AHMARIC - SPEAKING (Ethiopian) customer service agents to be based at their call centre.

Do you meet the following requirements :

  • MUST be fluent in speaking Ahmaric
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Able to work shifts (24 / 7 / 365) as the call centre never closes
  • Clear Criminal record
  • Excellent team player
  • Valid ID (green book / maroon book / ID Card)
  • This is NOT a work-from-home position and you will be required to be onsite should you be successful.

    All interviews are done via video call (MS Teams).
