  • Design a strong SPOMA 5-year strategy to align with Global brand and local business strategy
  • Assess the SA landscaped for opportunities to elevate and grow the SPOMA portfolio to amplify and authenticate the brand within the South African market
  • Ensure the SPOMA portfolio supports the SA Brand Calendar
  • Conceptualize, implement, and manage all business owned events to support the global strategic direction, and achieve all set KPI''s for funnel effectiveness
  • Manage any external sponsorship opportunities in line with business strategies and brand excellence
  • Cross pollinate athletes / influencers / Coaches & Clubs with grassroots to create opportunity for localised meaningful activation that brings to life all UA initiatives
  • Manage third party suppliers to ensure brand excellence and ROI
  • Ensure budget allocation and planning is in line with marketing requirement
  • Manage the spend monthly and reforecast to optimize
  • Ensure all spend is competitive and optimized
