The Role :
The Senior Recruitment Consultant manages the recruitment process from a new business development, specification qualification, candidate searching and selection, interview to offer stage and beyond.
This includes negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise commercial performance.
Responsiblities :
Identifying and developing client / business relationships.
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment.
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
Managing the process through the entire 360 recruitment life cycle.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
Offering CV, interview, and general career advice.
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
Skills and Experience :
Essential Qualification :
Grade 12
Preferred Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree within a Technology and People environment.
Experience required :
At least 5+ years of experience in recruiting with a specific focus on the Technology Sector.
Proven track record in the talent placement of Application Development, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google), Data Analytics, DevOps, Architecture, Testing, Business and Systems Analysis.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Key Accountabilities :
Good knowledge of candidatesâ?? selection methods.
Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
