Database notes each sales trip day before pull and liaise, admin & upkeep Assist with sales reports and follow ups, input all documents into database Responsible for updating database and report logging for various markets / suppliers Responsible for weekly year planner printing / amending and ensuring all details are updated on it vital.
Sales Calendar to all the team, and ensure Year Planner is updated and correct Assist with educational recons / costings / ops docs / pre-runs / collateral / printing / laminating Assist with Educational & Tradeshow preparation & assistance.
Order Forex for trips / open credit cards for trips Collaterals for sales trips Minutes & meetings for Sales Team Meeting Stock control of badges / uniforms / collateral / Business cards Out of Office Assistance in office Sales & Marketing IT related Upkeep of Sharepoints & updates loading reports to the correct areas MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Matric Tourism Qualification in similar role (Advantageous) 2 / 3 years’ experience in clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience Flexibility and adaptability Good interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Organisational skills Communication skills Computer skills Secretarial skills Drivers licence / own transport
