We are looking for an Account Specialist to help us build Bolt Food operations. You’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with partners and driving performance improvements across the Food Delivery organisation and beyond.

Bolt Food currently operates in 20 countries across Europe & Africa and will expand to more markets in the next years!
Your daily adventures will include :
Supervise and grow all Bolt Food operations in your market.
Manage and expand relationships with existing partners and proactively source new accounts and business opportunities while ensuring our existing partners have strong operational KPIs.
Analyse assortment and performance data. Be both data driven and sales-minded in order to prepare and share monthly reports to all our partners, with recommendations on assortment and catalogue categories improvement.
Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the availability of the best assortment at any grocery partner at any time.
Analyse feedback of our partners. It is crucial to analyse and resolve our partners pain points at scale. You will be responsible for identification and elimination of patternal blockers and errors related to our partners operations that result in inefficiencies and quality decrease.
Campaign management. Proactive improvement of partners campaigns performance to get the best ROI and ensure growth of user base on our platform.
Renegotiate and improve overall contract's conditions such as commission rates, delivery fees, etc.
Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Restaurant Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Courier).
We are looking for :
BS degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field .
1-2 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, business development
Proven track record of client success and consistently achieving metrics and revenue targets.
Good analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
Be a hustler , not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
Be passionate about new technologies and food tech.
You are organised . You deliver stuff on time & handle stress.
You are social . You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
Excellent communication & written skills in English .
