An exceptional CVM analyst to lead the design, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition and lead conversion strategies to grow the customer base, as well as strategies to drive existing customer spend.

You have strong data, analytics, and strategy design capabilities
You have the ability to clearly articulate and communicate strategies
What's the role?
You will be responsible for :
Design and optimize customer acquisition and lead conversion strategies to deliver new customers at an efficient cost.
Use analytics to segment the existing customer base and design strategies to increase spend in the targeted segments.
Work with the company's data, product and marketing teams to execute, measure and improve the performance of the CVM strategies.
Manage the leads database and understand the flow and attrition of leads through the company's products and channels.
Optimise the product and channels to increase leads quality and limit attrition.
Drive x-sell of new products to customers and merchants through effective CVM strategies.
Degree level qualification in business science, engineering, data analytics or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in designing CVM strategies for a retail product
Proven experience in implementing effective CVM strategies
