Your key areas of responsibilities will include : Provide feedback to management regarding stock issues and movementsDrive the ultimate customer experienceEnsure sales targets are metManaging the receiving and dispatching of stockProcessing stock within specified time framesFacilitating efficient rotation of stock, from the stockroom to the sales floorEnsuring the neatness and Housekeeping standards are world classManage Shrinkage in line with company standards Must haves : A Grade 12 qualification or equivalentRetail experience (essential)2 years Stockroom experience (Advantageous)A customer-centric attitude and approachExcellent communication & organising skillsStrong administrative & prioritising skillsHigh attention to detail Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
